We’ve noticed Banana Republic has really stepped up their game lately. I recently tried on this trench coat (love that red under the collar) and was so pleasantly surprised. I just ordered it — size up, I had to go up to Medium. The fabric is really beautiful and substantial. Lots of other good things on sale also, but this one is our top pick! Rachel ordered it also!

My New Running Shoes!

Okay guys, I searched high and low for a year for new running / gym shoes to replace my old Nike’s. Nothing was right until I found these Adidas UltraBoost. I’ve now been using them for two months straight and they just seem to get better and better. I didn’t get mine on sale, but they are worth even the hefty full price…but now that they are marked down! I’m tempted to get a second color.

These are AMAZING. I truly love them and am now an Adidas convert. I wear them in TTS, no need to size up like I sometimes do.

Nordstrom recently marked down a ton of boots – these are our favorites! Tammy tried the Paul Greens. If you’re looking for a sleeker, less bulky Winter boot, these are a great option.  And the Marc Fishers – you can’t go wrong. Perfectly on trend and cool.  Stomp around in them all Winter long.

Quite a few new arrivals are included in the sale that would be amazing for the holidays  – including this gorgeous red sweater and earrings. J.Crew is always a great place to look for festive jewelry. And that gorgeous green coat was included in last weeks sales report as well – the color is everything.

Rachel has and LOVES this Regent wool blazer in camel – she sized up to a size 6 (typically a 2) for an oversized, boyfriend fit. It also comes in black and navy. For the price, the quality and style cannot be beat.

Snag some Holiday PJs on sale! I (Rachel) typically buy our matching Christmas pajamas at Target or Old Navy – but I realized this year, my kiddos sizes aren’t really changing much anymore. I’m splurging on the matching short set for my girls and myself – we will be able to wear them again next year after all! (I’m buying these in in green for the boys.) I typically give these as gifts on the evening that we put up our tree, and we wear them all Winter long.
