Let me begin by saying I’m a huge fan of Nili Lotan clothing. They are some of the favorite items in my closet. Unfortunately when it comes to Nili Lotan sizing, I have some caveats.

Nili Lotan sizing in their jeans have been pretty consistent for me. Every pair I own is a size 27. I absoutely adore all of my Nili Lotan jeans and wear them so frequently that I recently pulled a bunch of my other jeans to sell on Poshmark! They are on the pricier side, but I usually wait for a sale, and even when purchased full price, the cost per wear ends up lower than other jeans I have bought and only worn a few times.

One thing I love about my Nili Lotan denim is that they hold their shape, have just enough stretch to be incredibly comfortable, and have the most interesting yet classic styles.

The Bad

I have several Nili Lotan tops and all are size M (my typical sizing on tops). I am wider in the shoulders and bust and that is why I almost always size up to Medium in tops for most brands.

Recently Nili Lotan had a fantastic sale — all items marked as Final Sale. Knowing that all the tops I have are size Medium, I felt safe ordering the above button down shirt I had been drooling over for a year!

My hopes were sadly dashed when the top arrived ridiculously small and tight on me.

I immediately reached out explaining the issue and was told they were firm on their no returns or exchanges. I never order Final Sale items unless I am VERY comfortable with the brand and believe there will be no issues. So of course this was such a disappointing situation.

And as a blogger who often recommends Nili Lotan, I felt it was important to shed light on this important subject. After all, we are spending hard-earned money on purchases and I know how upsetting it can be when a Final Sale item ends up not working.

This is why reviews are important. I never order anything without scouring the web for reviews. In the case of Nili Lotan, though, there is a definite lack of reviews, which makes it more difficult.

Clearly this doesn’t just apply to Nili Lotan sizing, but in this situation, I had previously felt very comfortable with the brand and sizing.

When buying FINAL SALE items, a low price can be incredibly tempting but unless you have specifically tried that particular item on, there is always a risk. So I say proceed with caution.

One option is to try and find the item on another web site that isn’t Final Sale and ask them if they price match. You may just get lucky!
