I know this is one of the most anticipated areas of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2022 (for me and you guys).
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2022 – Jeans
Denim is one of my very favorite things…ever! This is the sale to stock up on your classic denim styles. If you are shopping online or your store doesn’t have all the denim you love, it might be worth ordering multiple sizes as different styles and brands can fit dramatically different. I am usually a 26 or 27 depending on the brand and fit!
The Washed Black
Often I like to wear washed black denim in place of black pants. I always choose a nice washed black over pitch black because it’s just a little edgier. I tried on both the Veronica Beard and MOTHER (picture above) pairs and both have a perfect wash and fit.
The Wide Legs
If you’ve been on my Instagram for any length of time, you know I love my wide leg denim. They are so flattering to pretty much everyone! Especially when you choose floor length. They lengthen the leg, and make the waist look smaller. Make sure to tuck in your top and you can add a belt for even more definition.
My all-time favorite MOTHER Tomcat Rollers (above) are in the sale, in a very similar wash. This is a first and I’m down for it!!
The Distressed
The MOTHER Hustlers are my number one pick. I haven’t been wearing heavily distressed as much lately but everyone needs a good pair! The very affordable Levi’s are also a good choice!
The Straight Leg
Everyone needs at least one good straight leg pair of jeans in their closet. They go with absolutely everything and for those who still prefer skinny jeans, this is an easy transition.
I also love the new Tomcat colorway without the rips – I wore mine to death! And I’ve been SO impressed by Good American lately and look at that price! Under a $100 and a perfect fit and color. I’ll be trying these myself.
Flare and Bootcut
This style will be very in this year! They look amazing dressed up with heels and booties and are perfect for a casual office (paired with a blazer or blouse) or for date night.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2022 – Pants
The Dressier Pants
Top pick by far is the Good American wide leg trousers. They remind me a lot of my pricier Frame pants from last year. So good.
The Jogger Pants
Cinq a Sept has these fabulous pants in a few different colors all the time — the black are divine. This new bronze is in the sale and would look good with white, ivory, black, grey, patterns, etc.
Jeans As Pants
Technically denim, these Ecru Veronica Beard jeans can be worn as pants and are a great shape and color. Perfect for dressing up for the office or for date night. A great day to night piece, edgier than dress pants, and easier to style.
Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2022 – Dresses

The Slip Dress
I talk about everyone needing a slip dress and the ever popular Vince slip dress is actually in the sale – OMG this is huge!!! It’s slightly longer and straighter than mine above (the L’Agence Jodie, which is also amazing), but it’s a top choice among stylists, and you can always have it hemmed!
Above the Knee
I love dresses and most of mine are above the knee. These are my very favorites and all of them area beautiful!
Beautiful Patterns

The Sweater Dresses
I love wearing sweater dresses with knee high cognac boots in the winter. It’s such an easy chic look that will have you ready for any event when the weather starts to turn!
