I’ve done a few Clare V bag reviews over the years, but with the Black Friday Sales 2023 happening right now, I thought this deserved it’s own post.

Why I Love Them
I’ve been wearing Clare V bags for years. I do have some special designer bags, but more often than not, I reach for my Clare V bags first.
One. Variety. I love the styles, colors, and patterns of Clare V bags. I can almost always find something that is the perfect accessory to my outfits. And especially because I wear a lot of basics and neutrals, sometimes that pop of pattern in a bag is all you need.
Two. Functionality. I mostly wear crossbody bags. I think they are the most comfortable to wear and best for the body. But sometimes I prefer a shoulder bag. And I often use my bags at night with no strap. These bags are often so convertible from crossbody to shoulder to clutch. It’s bonkers!
Three. Quality and Price. Let’s face it, designer bags are big money. Clare V price points are right in that sweet spot where you can buy a few and not feel super stressed. Especially on sale (which is rare, btw)!

Midi Sac
I can’t have a Clare V bag reviews article without including my favorite bag of all time – the Midi Sac. I have literally worn my silver woven bag every day for over two years. They no longer make silver, but I am planning to get the Cream Woven Checker on sale because it’s a color I know I will want to wear daily.
Each Clare V Midi Sac comes with a crossbody strap. They are lightweight, with a secure zippered top. My favorite bag of all time!

Pot de Miel
Pot de Miel on sale | Resin Handle version
The Clare V Pot De Miel is my second most worn bag, and for good reason…it’s fun, quirky, and holds a surprising ton. I recently saw that Reese Witherspoon wears this bag, also. That’s fun!
I mostly wear this in the spring and summer, but it’s a good time to buy while on sale as they often sell out and are unavailable during the warm months.
I usually shove a light sweater in the top of mine because it’s got so much room!

Foldover Clutch
My favorite foldover clutch worn on the shoulder!
I have several foldover clutches and love that I can wear them crossbody, on the shoulder, or as a nighttime clutch. That’s what makes them so incredibly versatile.
I should mention that their styles are constantly changing. So if you don’t see a pattern or style you like at the moment, check back in a month or two. And I highly recommend signing up for their newsletter so you don’t miss a single release!

Bag Straps
I can’t talk about my love for Clare V without mentioning the various strap options. Adding a fun strap (or three) to your closet will make your bags go so much further! They can be a little addicting!

I love the chain crossbody straps and also the Thick Tubular shoulder strap is one of my most used!

Final Thoughts
I will never give up my love of Clare V bags and always look forward to their newsletter announcing the newest styles and patterns. I am very careful to choose the bags and straps that would fit my closet best, but they’ve also recently added a used buy/sell platform – Clare V Le Resale!
I used it recently to sell a bag that I wasn’t using much and it sold almost immediately. I got a good price and now am able to use it towards my newest purchase (you get credit on their site). You may find some treasures to buy also since they often have bags that are no longer available.
I’m not the only one that loves Clare V – celebrities love their Clare V bags also!
