I’m always on the hunt for a forever dress. Because dresses aren’t like a pair of jeans — we don’t wear them every week. The Ramy Brook Ayla Dress is perfection.
And we don’t want anything that is frumpy or trendy or uncomfortable. Finding a forever dress is a bit like finding a needle in a haystack. They are one of the items I find most challenging to shop for. I usually have to try about 100 before I find one I love.
Dresses are so easy to wear though, because they are basically one and done! And you always look put together.

I’ve also worn it with my Loeffler Randall Goldy knee high boots (which are also back in stock, yay!) and heels and all look equally good. But right now I’m loving my high shaft heeled booties as a nod to fall.
This dress runs TTS to slightly large – I am wearing mine in a 6 (often I have to size up to 8 to accommodate my bust and back).
