The ruching on the Michael Stars Racerback Midi dress makes this dress flattering all on its own. I rarely wear bodycon dresses these days – they have to be flattering. This is one bodycon dress I’m willing to wear all by itself.

Easy Day To Night
I wore it to work the other day, with my favorite Citizens of Humanity Kayla button down shirt (easy and comfortable all day with zero fuss.
Then we had a casual fundraising event that night (for the San Diego Food Bank) and I had about 27 seconds to change in between so I swapped the button down shirt for my denim jacket (my husband’s suggestion actually – he said “I learned from your blog!” hahaha).

Sizing and Colors
This dress comes in both regular and petite sizing, plus multiple colors.
I ordered it in Regular Small (you want it nicely fitted to hold everything in). I had it shortened a little (because I have a long torso and shorter legs and preferred it to be a tad shorter). The nice thing is this dress can be adjusted shorter or longer.
There’s another similar style with a side slit and a higher neck – the Michael Stars Wren dress.
Have I convinced you yet? It’s seriously one of the most worn pieces in my closet two years running!
