Wearing the Annie Bing viper sweatshirt and Patagonia puffer coat on a snowy Denver evening.

A Warm and Cozy Dinner Date Outfit

In Denver, just as the grass starts to turn green and the tulips start to emerge, you can just about count on a Spring snowstorm. I think we are supposed to get around 6 inches — yuck!

Last night was my husband’s 45th birthday! Where does the time actually go? We met in college and got married when I was 23…we were babies! And proceeded to have 3 babies of our own by the time I was 31. It has been an adventure! He is my best friend and partner in crime. He’s also turned into a bit of a shopping diva himself – I’m tying to convince him to do some men’s style posts for me…we will see!

Anyway – back to my outfit, what you’re here for after all! This is my cozy dinner date outfit from last night. This is a throw on and go, not much thought involved look, but sometimes those turn out to be my favorites.

I have had this Annie Bing sweatshirt for going on 3 years and it still feels super fresh and special. The Viper one that I’m wearing is long gone, but there is a new Tiger print out that I adore.

Also, Tammy waxed poetic about her Mother Tomcat jeans yesterday, which are amazing by the way – just a smidge too short for me. These Mother Rider Skimps are the exact wash — and one of my personal favorites. I am wearing my true size.  They are a bit tight at first (think lying flat on the bed sucking in to zip kind of tight…ha!) but they relax and mold to perfection on the first wear.

Hope you guys are having better weather than we are in Denver! We will be cozying up by the fire!
