Zadig and Voltaire sweaters have been a weakness of mine ever since I discovered the brand a few years ago. They pill very minimally, they are so soft and cozy, and while they are crazy expensive, they have outstanding sales!
The Markus Zadig and Voltaire sweaters are a staple for the brand and they simply remake in different colors each season. When new colors come out, the previous ones usually go on huge discount.
I had been watching this navy with light pink stars version for a while. Typically I will stalk my favorites waiting for the killer sale. I bought this in July when Bloomingdales had their big sale on sale and I am so glad I snagged it!
The bad news…Bloomingdales appears to be sold out in them. They are still available at 50% off at Zadig & Voltaire but they are final sale. If you sign up for their emails, you will get an additional 10% off coupon for first purchases which helps. You also won’t pay tax or shipping so it works out to be a better price than what Bloomingdales sold for…as long as you are okay with final sale.
I really do LOVE it though. I have a really light colorway that I bought two years ago and I still wear it all the time. I’m wearing small and it’s meant to be an oversized fit and is perfect for me. You can see the slouchiness, which I love. I also wear mine with velvet leggings and combat boots in the fall/winter which is one of my favorite combinations.
Update: Monday I wrote about my favorite Zadig satin top which I see now has also sold out at Bloomingdale’s. It is still available at the Zadig & Voltaire site, with several colors on sale. I wear it in size medium and Rachel wears in size XS, but again it’s final sale from Zadig direct.
