My New Favorite Pants – Ripped Chinos

What’s even happening you guys? Sweater vests, polos…all the preppy things coming back. I am definitely not preppy and chinos are typically not my jam. But ripped chinos? YES please! What can I say – I love these things. I immediately called Tammy and told her that she needed them too.

They are as comfortable as pajamas. The perfect slouch without looking sloppy. And those rips? Well, they take the prep out of the chino and make them edgy. These fit me perfectly in my true size.

They are surprisingly versatile and the perfect transition pant. Wear them now with a tank and sandals, dress them up like I did here, or add a sweater and booties in the Fall.

Tammy and I have been talking about this being a funky time of year for style. We are starting to feel “over” all the Summer things but it’s definitely still hot. We think a cool piece or two to put a little pep in your step this time of year is the answer.

I’ll be wearing these a ton and will snap some pics as I style them different ways. There is also an amazing green pair (sans rips) that Tammy & I both ordered to try. I love the fit that much.
