MOTHER The Rambler Ankle Jeans – My Perfect Fall / Winter Pair

It’s my favorite time of year – when I pull out my boots, sweater, and darker wash jeans. I bought one perfect pair and it’s MOTHER The Rambler Ankle Jeans. It’s definitely love.

MOTHER The Rambler Ankle Jeans

In the last few years, I’ve had a huge shift in my denim preference. No longer can I stand tight or restrictive pairs. You know the ones…they leaves marks on your skin long after you’ve taken them off!

I’m not sure whether to blame Covid, years of loungewear, turning 50, or just realizing that jeans do NOT have to be uncomfortable to be fabulous.

I’m also taking my own advice of Fewer.Better.Things and only buying one pair of dark wash jeans. After trying on a lot, MOTHER The Rambler ankle jeans were the clear winners.

I sized up to 27 and they are the perfect amount of roominess without being too loose. The amount of stretch is perfection, and the wash is dark enough without being too boring.

A good straight leg jean is one that will suit everyone. I’ll be wearing these all season long with sandals, booties, and also sneakers. Look to see me styling them all the ways!
