Have you tried Smythe yet? It’s so good.
We make an effort to try new brands whenever we can. For one, it’s boring to always do the same-old, same-old, and there’s so many options out there, I sometimes get a little FOMO, ha!
A local boutique introduced me to Smythe earlier this summer (article here) and I fell in love with their fabrics, the quality, and unique designs. While they are most well known for their blazers, I still haven’t ventured into that zone yet…I need to!
While button downs are great and super versatile, I do seriously adore the styling of this over-the-head striped shirt. The fabric is crisp, the neckline lies open perfectly, and the stripes are amazing. I’ve also worn this with black pants and the contrast is killer. So good.
The back is long and I left it out while the front was tucked, and it’s just so chic. My apologies for not getting a picture of that!

I notice my boots keep popping in and out of stock in various sizes. SO worth stalking at this price (in either color) – they have become my favorite boots ever. As always, I sized up 1/2 to 8 in these boots.
