I love the Frank & Eileen ‘Eileen’ button down so much I have it in THREE colors. And just to clarify, I generally don’t believe in buying the same thing in multiple colors – ever. This is the only piece in my closet where I’ve broken that rule ….OK, wait, that’s not completely true. The MOTHER Hustler jeans are my other exception, and I’m actually wearing them in this photo as well.
So what do I love so much about this shirt?
- It’s perfectly oversized slouchy vibe.
- The softest denim material with a gorgeous drape. (It does come in cotton, linen, and jersey options as well.)
- The artful distressing makes it super special.
- NO gapping, we all know how annoying that can be.
- Endlessly versatile. (More Friday.)
Size-wise I’m wearing a small, and I do often wear an XS in tops. This button down is meant to have an oversized fit, and fits TTS. I went with the small for length as I’m 5’7″, but if I were shorter (say 5’5″ or less) the XS would have been a better choice.
