This one is not about the clothes…this one is about who we are…This Is Us.
Some of you already know us well, but since we have quite a few new friends here, we thought we’d re-tell our story.
We met online during Covid – in another fashion blogger’s insiders group to be exact. We became friends. We decided to start a blog – because why the hell not?! All without ever meeting face to face.
The blog went live April 2nd after much work….what will we name it? How do we build a website? How do we link products? What about the pictures? It’s much more complicated than one might expect.
And then, in early June, Tammy & her husband came to Denver and we met (face to face) for the first time.
It’s as if we’ve known each other forever – as if the universe put us together. We talk constantly (maybe even more than we talk to our own husbands) and we just “get” each other.
And so while this blog thing is amazing and we are having a blast (while working our asses off) – the biggest gift has been our friendship.
We all deserve good friends – the kind that cheer us on, have our backs and are truly there for us. As one of our favorite bloggers (Goodbye Crop Top) says – it’s easy to find friends when you’re going thru a hard time. Everyone can bring a casserole – that’s easy. The friends that are truly happy for you when good things happen. THOSE are your people. They are hard to find.
