I was a total fan girl yesterday. I got to meet ALL of the Nordstrom 6!

Rachel and I discovered these beautiful women early on in our blogging days and quickly became huge fans. They do have incredible style, but they are also REAL and NICE and what they are doing just spoke to us. We love their camaraderie, which is about building women up rather than tearing them down and we are there for it.
I felt so lucky to get to spend a little time with these wonderful humans. They are even sweeter and more gorgeous in real life. (ALL of them…there are some good genes at play with this group, let me tell you!)
A few years ago I probably would have panicked in meeting such style icons…WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?! But these days I feel pretty comfortable in my skin thanks to having solid go-to wardrobe basics.
These Mother Tripper jeans are a favorite of both mine and Rachel. You can read about how I styled them with loafers. The crop flare is absolute perfection, and the colorway works so incredibly well with all the dark colors of fall. I sized up in these to 27. Highly recommend these stunners!

I would be remiss if I didn’t explain the scenario for this photograph. My husband / photographer had an event after work, but hello…I needed a photograph to capture this momentous day!!
He told me he would be home at 7:31 so I met him in the street, camera in hand, made him get out of the car right there, and take the shot. Because the sun was GONE and we had like two minutes of light left before everything went pitch black. I love that he humors me, this guy!
