Wide Leg Jeans Are Trending for 2022

Wide leg jeans and pants are going strong for 2022, and we are both huge fans. Tammy posted her favorite pair yesterday, MOTHER Roller Jeans – The 1 Pair I Can’t Live Without. And I’ve been wearing the heck out of this new pair (linked below).

Both of our jeans are super stretchy and comfortable, Tammy calls them pajama-jeans. But they also manage to hold in your tummy and maintain their shape even after multiple wears.

Mine do have a longer inseam making them perfect for taller ladies. Or you can just hack them off, which is what I did. I chose to keep them full length for flats (1/4″ off the floor when wearing flat sandals). But they could also easily be hemmed for heels. One of the admittedly annoying things about this style is deciding the length.

I’m working on a huge article for next week, all the best jeans for 2022 by style with shoe recommendations, so keep an eye out for that.

For now, I’m rounding up a few of our favorite pairs of wide leg denim since it’s probably the top trending jean right now.
